Q: Do you have a Demo I can see?
A: YES. Demos are available for download through
our website on the 'Demos Page' or you may also request a Demo by filling out the form on our 'Demo Page'.
Q: How do Payment Plans work?
A: Depending on your situation Payment Plans work in a
couple different ways. You can choose to pay off your total cost in Quarterly payments, or Monthly Payments. If you choose
to pay off the total cost in payments before your Ceremony there is no interest charged. If you choose to pay off your total
cost before and after the ceremony, interest will only be applied to all payments after your ceremony. Contact us at info@vanderwaal.org if you have specific questions regarding payments.
Q: Do you charge for Travel time?
A: Yes and No. Travel time will only be charged for
any mileage over 50 miles from Worthing, SD. The cost of this is subject to change at our discretion. Currently the charge
for mileage over 50 miles is .40 per/mile.
Q: How do you capture our vows and the officiant?
A: We like to make sure we capture
the audio from your ceremony to its fullest by either tapping into the officiant's mic feed or providing him/her with
a wireless mic of our own so to capture them digitally and clear. The GROOM is the ONLY one of you that has a wireless mic
on that is barely visible. The Groom's mic will pick up both of you clearly even if the vows are spoken softly - these
are also recorded digitally by us for clarity. See our 'Demos Page' for audio samples.
Q: How do you capture our Reception speeches and other announcements?
A: Where and
when allowed VWP likes to tap into the mic feed given by the DJ or your Facility so as to once again capture your speeches
or announcements digitally for clarity. If this option is not available to us we can provide mics of our own either wireless
sitting on the table or handheld so we can capture everything as clearly as possible. This is a situation that depends solely
on what we are able to control.
Q: Do you have anyone I can contact for Reference?
A: Yes. Vander Waal Productions does
have a few people that are willing to be contacted as references for them, however we do ask you contact us for their contact
information as we will not publish it on our website to respect their privacy.
